We accept all major credit cards. Payments and Refunds on this website are processed through Paypal® via Shopify®. 

 

  

 

Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Non-Mastectomy products calculated at checkout for Australian customers. No Tax for International transactions. 

 

Hours of Operation

Red Fern Lingerie is an online store and effectively will be open 24 hours, 7 days per week for the customer to purchase any product(s). Customers have the ability to shop any time of the day or night, including weekends and public holidays.

Here at Red Fern Lingerie, we are big believers in work/life balance and as such we physically operate the business as follows:

Monday to Thursday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Sydney, Australia time).
Friday - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (Sydney, Australia time).
We do not operate on weekends and Australian and NSW public holidays.

Red Fern Lingerie will attend to any emails, return phone calls, process payments and orders, process refunds and arrange delivery during these hours.

Shipping Information

We offer FREE (national and international) shipping to our customers. We use Australia Post for all national and international shipping.


Australian Post - National Orders
We use Australia Post for all Australian orders. Please allow between 1 - 5 working days for your order to arrive.  Please note:

• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• We will send you an email with the tracking number for your records.

Australian Post – International Delivery
International orders are accepted and we use Australia Post for the delivery. Please allow between 7 - 14 working days for your order to arrive. Please note:

• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
• All order confirmation emails will come with a tracking number.

Return & Exchange policy

If you purchased the incorrect size garment you may return and exchange it for the size you require, subject to available stock. If no stock is available, we will give you the option of an in-store credit to the value paid for the garments or refund the amount you paid.

The garments must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Garments must have all tags, including Red Fern Lingerie tags, attached. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty Items

If your garment is faulty you may return it or exchange it. Upon receipt of the garment we will replace or refund the item as requested by you. We will only refund the cost of return (postage) if the garment is faulty.

Processing your refund

Your refund will be credited to the credit card used on purchase. This may take approximately 10-14 days to process and credit your card.

Underwear briefs

We do not return briefs unless they are faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Instructions

Garments must be returned within 7 days of receipt. The garments must be returned in original condition including attached swing tags.

 Our return and exchange process is:  

• Email returns@redfernlingerie.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Advise in the email if you wish to return or exchange. If you want an exchange please advise which garments and sizing you want the exchange for. If the exchange requested is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.

• Please return the garments in their original packaging. All swing tags must be attached.

• The garments must be received by Red Fern Lingerie in their original condition within 10 working days from the date of the return email exchange.

• Red Fern Lingerie will keep you updated throughout the entire process. We will let you know when we have received the returned garments, when we have processed the return credit or exchange, and when we have posted the new garments to you.
